Their team of 10 people delivers practical, family-oriented products through Amazon’s marketplace. Dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers, the company’s mission is to provide practical, well-designed solutions that fit seamlessly into daily life. As part of its launch strategy, ParentsWave created an approachable and trustworthy image that would appeal to its target audience – families looking for quality and convenience. The brand initially aimed to stand out in Amazon’s crowded marketplace by combining thoughtful product design with engaging digital content and a consistent, recognizable look, aiming for an initial conversion rate of at least 8% for its core product listings.

At the time of collaboration, ParentsWave was at the very beginning of its eCommerce journey. With no existing Amazon listings, no social media profiles, and no established visual identity, the company needed end-to-end support to shape its brand from the ground up. ParentsWave engaged DevsData LLC to assist with product design, A+ Amazon listing content, social media setup, and initial Shopify store visuals. The goal was to lay the groundwork for a successful launch and position the brand for long-term growth on Amazon and beyond.

Highlights:

New US-based brand focused on practical, family-friendly products.

No prior Amazon, social media, or digital presence at project start.

Aimed to create a coherent visual identity and an engaging digital storefront.

Challenge: building a brand from the ground up – fast

ParentsWave approached DevsData LLC at a critical point: right before placing its first major product order. With no prior experience selling on Amazon and no established online identity, the client faced the challenge of launching a brand from zero in one of the world’s most competitive marketplaces. All assets – A+ Amazon listings, product packaging designs, social media pages, and Shopify store visuals – had to be created simultaneously and delivered quickly, a challenge that required an agile approach with parallel work streams to align with production and shipping schedules.

The challenge was to deliver all core brand assets in a matter of weeks, with everything ready for launch.

The scope of work also required careful coordination across multiple design and content streams. Ensuring that product pages, social media, and storefronts reflected a cohesive identity while meeting Amazon’s technical requirements added complexity to the task. The client needed a partner capable of not only delivering high-quality work at speed but also providing strategic guidance on how to position a new brand for long-term success in the eCommerce space.

Goals

ParentsWave’s primary objective was to create a strong, coherent brand identity that would resonate with its target audience from the outset. The client wanted every customer touchpoint – from Amazon listings to social media profiles – to project professionalism, reliability, and appeal.

A key priority was designing A+ Amazon content that would help drive conversions while meeting all platform standards, including optimizing images for load time, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and complying with Amazon’s content policy. In addition, ParentsWave aimed to establish an initial digital presence, including Facebook and Shopify, that would serve as a foundation for future marketing and customer engagement efforts. All of this had to be achieved within a tight launch schedule.

Our approach

To meet these goals, DevsData LLC assigned a cross-functional team combining product designers, Amazon content specialists, and digital branding experts.

From day one, DevsData LLC worked in close collaboration with ParentsWave’s founders, ensuring that the brand’s vision and values were reflected consistently across all materials.

Our team prepared detailed mock-ups and wireframes for every asset – from product packaging concepts to social media banners – and presented them for review in iterative cycles, completing an average of two review cycles per asset to ensure alignment with the client’s vision. We also provided guidance on best practices for Amazon A+ content design and helped shape product messaging to highlight unique selling points. Throughout the process, we maintained clear communication and fast turnaround times to align with the client’s timeline.

            <picture class="" style="filter: grayscale(0)">

            </picture>

Execution and delivery

Our work progressed in parallel streams to ensure speed and cohesion. DevsData LLC developed and finalized Amazon A+ listing designs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. The team created enhanced images, comparison charts, and feature callouts, all optimized for both mobile and desktop views. For collaboration and version control, Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries and Figma Boards were leveraged, ensuring design consistency and efficient client feedback cycles. Simultaneously, we created visual assets and page structures for the client’s Facebook presence and Shopify store, enabling ParentsWave to launch with a polished, consistent brand image across platforms.

In total, DevsData LLC completed 28 distinct design and branding tasks within just 12 business days, an average of more than two tasks per day, several days ahead of the initial two-week timeline.

All assets were delivered ahead of schedule, giving the client extra time for final reviews before production deadlines.

Experience from previous projects, such as the development of mobile applications for retail brands and the eCommerce platforms built for Cubus & Urban, directly informed the design and delivery process in this engagement. Our team applied proven strategies for user-centric content layout, cross-platform consistency, and visual clarity – all essential for conversion-driven eCommerce launches. The end result was a complete suite of high-quality digital materials that positioned ParentsWave for a confident and professional debut on Amazon.

Outcome

Within just a few weeks, DevsData LLC successfully delivered a comprehensive set of branded assets that allowed ParentsWave to launch its first product on Amazon with confidence. The A+ content design included high-resolution images, feature breakdowns, and comparison charts that clearly communicated the product’s value, contributing to strong initial conversion rates, which were measured at 12% above the category average for new sellers.

Customers responded positively to the clarity and professionalism of the product listing, which helped the brand stand out in a highly competitive marketplace. By providing assets optimized for both desktop and mobile views, we ensured the product page delivered a seamless experience across devices – a key factor in securing early sales momentum.

            <picture class="" style="filter: grayscale(0)">

            </picture>

In addition to the Amazon listing, the creation of polished social media profiles and a well-structured Shopify store gave ParentsWave a solid foundation for future marketing and direct sales, including a clean user interface that saw an average user session duration of over 90 seconds.
