Typical duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and craft job descriptions.
• Devise strategies to attract skilled professionals through diverse channels like job boards, networking, and social media.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates across multiple stages.
• Handle the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to extending offers.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives to bolster the company’s presence.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding processes in coordination with HR.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to improve strategies.

Necessary skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong familiarity with sourcing platforms, including job boards, ATS, and social media.
• Expertise in conducting interviews that evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• The flexibility to work both alone and as part of a team, depending on the requirements of each task.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• MS-Office proficiency.

Preferred skills and qualifications (Not required):

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives.
• Certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP.
• Familiarity with labor laws and technical recruitment for specialized roles.
