Required skills and experience

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct behavioral interviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
