Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruiting role.
• Familiarity with various IT job functions and understanding of key technical skills and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, cloud technologies).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find technical talent.
