Required skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or human resources, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess talent needs and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software for recruitment and employee management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in hiring and employee management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve organizational talent goals.
