Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Proficiency in email campaign design, HTML, and email template creation.
• Analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance using key metrics.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
