Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive narratives
• Excellent research skills for identifying funding opportunities and understanding grant requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and grant management software.
• A strong team spirit and ability to collaborate and coordinate across various departments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
