Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2–5 years of proven experience in benefits administration or analysis, ideally in a large or complex organization.
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other employee benefits regulations.
• Hands-on experience with benefits management software, HRIS systems, and administration platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex benefits information clearly and effectively to employees.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data and maintaining documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering a high standard of service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
