Required skills and experience

• 2-5 years of proven work experience designing, developing, and maintaining Crystal Reports, with a strong understanding of data structures and reporting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in SAP Crystal Reports for creating complex and detailed reports.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and translating requirements into functional reports.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
• Experience with data integration tools, database management systems, and report generation.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• SAP Crystal Reports certification or similar credentials.
• Knowledge of tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
• Experience managing report development projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
