General overview of the role

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.   5. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to provide solutions and enhance the client experience.
  6. Provide regular client updates, respond to inquiries, and promptly address any concerns.
  7. Facilitate and lead regular client meetings to review progress and discuss future opportunities.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual-thinking abilities, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in giving presentations.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on commitments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts and develop strategies to expand business and drive revenue.
