The AI Engineer is a critical technical professional responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions that drive business innovation. This role combines expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science to create intelligent systems that can perform complex tasks traditionally requiring human intelligence. Working at the intersection of software engineering and data science, the AI Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, from conception through deployment and monitoring, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and ethical AI practices.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field with minimum 3 years of hands-on AI development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with extensive experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, including deep learning architectures and natural language processing systems.
Comprehensive understanding of mathematical concepts fundamental to AI, including linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for production-grade machine learning systems.
Proven track record of implementing AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.
