Direct employment by our client We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team of the company that creates B2B SaaS products. You’d help them lead the product development process across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with startups in their early stages and bring a value-centric mindset to their team.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or field related
Experience working as a PM in a product-based startup from the early days
Experience working with Agile (Scrum or Kanban)
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of modern tech stack, CI/CD, serverless, and testing principles
Fluency in English Nice to have
Entrepreneurial Experience / Mindset
Technical skills relevant to a PM (Databases, Data Modelling, High-Level Architecture)
UX and UI experience, preferably with Figma and Material UI open-source component library Responsibilities
Own the delivery of Value over Features
Manage the product development process, ensuring efficient context switching between projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of 4 to 5 developers, a UX/UI designer, and a PM to ensure successful product delivery
Lead in daily standup meetings and facilitate ad-hoc plannings, refinements, and retrospectives as needed
Work closely with founders to understand their vision and translate it into actionable product roadmaps
Use modern tech stack, CI/CD, serverless, and strong testing principles to deploy to production multiple times a day
Monitor and analyze product performance, iterating on the product based on user feedback and market trends What do we offer?
