Hybrid, ideally 2 days a week in the office in Warsaw We are hiring Senior Project Manager for our client, who is a leading multinational retail company with a strong presence in the convenience store industry. They are known for their commitment to providing customers with convenient services, quality products, and a positive shopping experience. With a focus on the petrol and energy sectors, they have successfully built a loyal customer base and continue to innovate in the retail space. Requirements
Prior experience in managing loyalty program projects, including customer engagement, rewards, and retention initiatives.
Familiarity with APIs and their role in integrating systems and enabling data exchange between applications.
Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and its principles, practices, and tools for managing large-scale projects and programs.
Previous experience working with retail clients, preferably in the petrol or energy sector. Experience in other retail industries will also be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an integrated program plan, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and projects within the program.
Oversee the development and execution of deployment plans to ensure smooth implementation of program deliverables.
Coordinate and manage migration plans, including data migration, system upgrades, and process transitions, to minimize disruptions and ensure successful program outcomes.
Identify, assess, and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) for the program, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Provide leadership and guidance to the program team, workstream leads, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the program's success.
Facilitate coordination and communication among multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment, resolving dependencies, and promoting Agile principles.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues to program stakeholders, including senior management.
Deliver monthly executive status updates, showcasing program achievements, challenges, and strategic alignment to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure project teams have the necessary system access and resources to carry out their work effectively. Why work with us?
