Challenge: High Technical Bar and Complex Recruitment Process

T-Mobile Germany set the bar high, seeking data engineers and backend specialists who combined deep domain knowledge in tools like Apache Kafka and Spark, coupled with strong algorithmic thinking and practical problem-solving abilities. The recruitment cycle itself was among the most demanding that DevsData LLC had encountered.
