• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding and market research.
• Expertise in budget management and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Background in international marketing and managing global brands.
• Certification in marketing or related fields (e.g., Certified Marketing Executive).
