  • Strong familiarity with sourcing platforms, including job boards, ATS, and social media.
  • Expertise in conducting interviews that evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • The flexibility to work both alone and as part of a team, depending on the requirements of each task.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
