Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT support, with a focus on corporate environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and related hardware.
• Knowledge of IT security principles, including VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse teams and users.

Nice to Have/Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
• Experience in enterprise-level software support and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
• Previous experience supporting executive-level staff in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting enterprise communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
