Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial data interpretation and reporting to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the integrity of financial reports and calculations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting financial data to management and collaborating across teams.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and cost management.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in cost tracking.
