Required skills and experience

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science, including at least 5 years in leadership or management roles with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable machine learning systems.
• Expertise in designing and implementing best practices for machine learning workflows, including validation, testing, and performance monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and optimization in real-world environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for automating model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
