Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT consulting, system architecture, or a comparable role with a proven record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including network architecture, server configurations, and enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and experience with database management tools like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Expertise in operating systems, including Windows and Linux, with a strong understanding of system administration principles.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity practices, including data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in optimizing IT systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Proven expertise in designing and scaling IT applications and infrastructure, including hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with advanced data management techniques and tools, such as data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Spark).
• Previous experience in leading or mentoring IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and supporting team skill development.
• Relevant certifications in IT or project management methodologies, including but not limited to PMP, ITIL, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
