General Overview of the Role:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Further certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing networks and providing help desk support.
• Strong ability to manage IT systems and applications while troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations.
• Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to program and configure computers and software effectively.
• Proficiency in leading teams with professionalism and fairness.
• Practical knowledge of basic hardware components, including the ability to repair or replace them when necessary.
• Familiarity with inventory management to ensure equipment and spare parts are readily available.
