Required skills and experience

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud services
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft certified) are preferred
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to work meticulously to ensure system integrity and security
