• Edit and optimize video content, adding motion graphics, text, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Work with sound designers to synchronize audio with visual elements in video and animation projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics design, animation, and digital media.
• Provide creative solutions to challenges in animation, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design and animation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including video editors, content creators, and marketing professionals, to produce cohesive multimedia content.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and visual effects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
• Experience with video editing and post-production, including sound and music synchronization.
• Ability to work with both 2D and 3D motion graphics.
• Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and optimization techniques for digital platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Nice to Have/Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) design.
• Experience with interactive motion graphics and web-based animation (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
