Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Experience in translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Proficiency in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in conducting gap analysis and implementing process improvements.
• Familiarity with querying databases, analyzing data, and managing large datasets.
• Understanding of technology platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
