Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in software and systems engineering.
• At least 10 years of professional engineering experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems architecture, including scalability and fault tolerance.
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go) and frameworks, along with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
• Extensive experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure systems that meet performance and maintainability standards.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to grow and lead high-performing technical teams in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and align engineering initiatives with business goals.

• Advanced knowledge of security protocols, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), and encryption standards to ensure robust security measures.
