The system is based on cooperation and openness – users can create detailed business ideas related to a specific strategic topic. Afterwards, other team members can ask for more details, challenge and vote for the ideas that are most appealing to them.

Innovation Pipeline (iPipe) is an advanced web platform that supports individuals and teams to elevate their ideas and innovations. It helps people globally to collaborate, share knowledge and engage on innovation initiatives that will answer crucial business challenges.

As a result, we created a platform with the possibility of long-term strategic planning and ideation, as well as a voting system for managers and innovators, that enables them to exchange different opinions. Our solution was distributed and implemented in over 6 divisions of the organization, fostering creativity and productivity.
