  • Develop and manage revenue forecasting, planning, and performance metrics across all revenue streams

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue generation, sales leadership, or business development roles
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue operations and achieving substantial growth targets in B2B environments, with at least 8 years in senior leadership positions
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, with proven success in multiple market segments and geographical regions
  • Strong proficiency with modern revenue operations technology stack, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and business intelligence systems
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams of 50+ people across multiple locations
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, demand generation strategies, and customer success best practices in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing complex pricing strategies and revenue models
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to boards and executive leadership teams
