Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience managing databases in environments with complex architectures, demonstrating advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in relational and non-relational database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on data modeling and architecture.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, query optimization, and diagnosing database issues to ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Advanced knowledge of backup, restore, and data replication processes to protect data integrity and availability.
• Hands-on experience with cloud database solutions, such as AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, or Google Cloud Spanner, to support modern infrastructure needs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution of database-related projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex database strategies to stakeholders.
