Required skills and experience

• 2+ years of program management experience, overseeing multiple projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven success in coordinating interconnected projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello for tracking and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies to ensure best practices in execution.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and priorities.
• Skilled in balancing individual and team responsibilities and managing deadlines, and priorities.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple projects.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or similar credentials.
• Proven capability to identify issues, analyze complex problems, and develop effective, actionable solutions to enhance program outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment to achieve program objectives.
• Proficiency in assessing program effectiveness through data analysis, performance metrics, and evaluation of outcomes to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Ability to manage program budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-efficiency across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with relevant industry-specific regulations and standards to ensure program compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication, effectively engaging with various stakeholders to align program goals and expectations.
