6. Research emerging social media trends, tools, and strategies to improve content and enhance audience engagement.
7. Help maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms.
8. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging and support content development.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms or in a marketing-related role.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their features.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for engaging copy and social media captions.
• Ability to create creative content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of paid advertising on social platforms and campaign management.
