The Talent Manager plays a critical role in aligning talent strategies with the organization’s goals, addressing workforce challenges proactively, and maintaining a pipeline of skilled employees ready to meet future demands.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates across various levels and departments.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and responsibilities.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
Implement employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression pathways to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Monitor and analyze employee performance and feedback, using data to inform talent management strategies and initiatives.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture by promoting equitable hiring practices and supporting employee resource groups.

5+ years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or human resources, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess talent needs and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software for recruitment and employee management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in hiring and employee management processes.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve organizational talent goals.
