Requirements
Possess a solid technical understanding and background in software development or a related field, enabling effective coordination and communication with technical teams.
Proven ability to coordinate and orchestrate technical teams to execute program activities, ensuring smooth progress and efficient collaboration.
Experience in ensuring the readiness and stability of testing environments, ensuring they are properly configured and available for testing activities.
Knowledge and expertise in managing the planning, execution, and communication of production code releases.
Ability to provide technical input for defining Go/No-Go criteria for production deployments. Align with the Testing Manager to ensure proper testing procedures and criteria are established and followed.
Maintain the testing environment and data diagram, as well as production deployment planning documentation and runbooks to facilitate smooth and efficient deployment processes.
Prior experience in managing loyalty program projects, including customer engagement, rewards, and retention initiatives.
Familiarity with APIs and their role in integrating systems and enabling data exchange between applications.
Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and its principles, practices, and tools for managing large-scale projects and programs.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between development teams, identifying and removing roadblocks to ensure the continuous progress of the project.
Collaborate with application teams to define release management and deployment schedules, ensuring efficient coordination and alignment across support teams and development teams.
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep key stakeholders informed about the contents and timelines of each production code release.
Develop and maintain an integrated program plan, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and projects within the program.
Oversee the development and execution of deployment plans to ensure smooth implementation of program deliverables.
Coordinate and manage migration plans, including data migration, system upgrades, and process transitions, to minimize disruptions and ensure successful program outcomes.
Identify, assess, and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) for the program, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Provide leadership and guidance to the program team, workstream leads, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the program's success.
Foster alignment and collaboration across all support teams and development teams, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach to project execution and support.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues to program stakeholders, including senior management.
Deliver monthly executive status updates, showcasing program achievements, challenges, and strategic alignment to key stakeholders.
